John brings over 20 years of experience serving small businesses globally. As the founder of Dolsin Business Solutions (Pty) Ltd (WinSMS) in South Africa, he has been helping small and medium enterprises automate their communications since 2002. He also founded operations in South Africa and Mauritius, bringing proven business automation solutions to thousands of businesses across multiple markets.
Now focused on the US market, John understands the unique challenges facing local small businesses across different regions and cultures. After seeing too many business owners struggle with missed calls, unanswered reviews, and overwhelmed customer service, he founded this company to bring enterprise-level AI automation to businesses across the nation.
